Manual Support Worker (Packer)
Location: Beach Pack Industries, 2800 Crusader Circle Ste 3, Virginia Beach VA 23453
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 per hour
Experience - Under 1 year
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
Education:
High school or equivalent (Required)
Work Location: In person

Responsibilities:
- Package products efficiently and safely
- Complete assigned tasks within designated time frames
- Adhere to work schedules without tardiness or absenteeism
- Participate in CAI-required training sessions
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area
Physical Demands:
- Manual dexterity and ability to use hands for handling
- Capability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds and frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds

Requirements
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or Special Diploma
- Ability to work shifts as agreed upon hire
- Capacity to work with minimal direction
- Knowledge of and adherence to safety procedures
- Reliable transportation to the work site
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication skills to read and follow instructions
- Basic mathematical abilities for addition and subtraction
- Aptitude for understanding and receiving direction and supervision
