we are seeking a highly motivated Payroll Specialist to join our team.
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate
and timely processing of employee pay, managing benefits, and
maintaining employee records. Join our team and contribute to the

Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and government regulations
- Manage benefits administration, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality at all times
- Update and maintain payroll system to reflect changes in employee status, salary, and benefits
- Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposit payments on a timely basis
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and taxes
- Collaborate with HR and Accounting departments to ensure accuracy of data and resolve any discrepancies
- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations, and make necessary adjustments to policies and procedures
- Assist with year-end payroll processes, including W-2 processing and reporting
- Conduct payroll audits and identify and resolve any discrepancies as needed
- Streamline payroll processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in payroll administration
- Comprehensive knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
- Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with multiple pay frequencies and multi-state payrolls is a plus.
