2. Load, unload, and identify construction materials including but not limited to: machinery, tools, or equipment in a safe, efficient manner. Distribute them to appropriate locations and employees.

6. Operate pumps, compressors, generators, or other such machinery as necessary for each job. Check all fluid levels on equipment before starting at least daily. Ensure all equipment is kept in a clean, maintained, and safe operational condition.
7. Use common construction tools that include but are not limited to: hand tools (hammer, wrenches, pry bars, spud bars, shovels, rakes, etc.), jackhammers, torches, levels, etc. to complete job duties as assigned by Foreman or while collaborating with others.
8. Position, erect, and dismantle equipment including but not limited to: scaffolding, shoring, bracing, traffic barricades, ramps, road matting, concrete forms. Communicate with Foreman to determine what is needed at specific times.
9. Signal operators to alignment and position of heavy machinery and equipment when necessary. Ensure that safety is the priority for all Casper employees, site visitors, site observers, animals/pets, and anybody on a Casper work site. Do not hesitate to notify others about an unsafe observation you have seen.
10. Maintain tools, equipment, and machinery in a safe operational condition. This includes checking fluid levels (oil, antifreeze/coolant, hydraulic fluid, fuel, etc.), keeping tools and equipment clean, and ensuring proper use of all materials.
